Nutn\u00e1 d\u00e1vka pohybu tu b\u00fdt mus\u00ed, ale z\u00e1kladem je nejd\u0159\u00edve spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 stravov\u00e1n\u00ed. Proto\u017ee jakmile budete m\u00edt v\u00edce energie, nebudete v\u011bd\u011bt, kam d\u0159\u00edv sko\u010dit. Ale z \u010deho p\u0159esn\u011b si m\u00e1te vz\u00edt tu energii, pokud si opravdu d\u00e1te jedno j\u00eddlo denn\u011b? Z toho r\u00e1doby ob\u011bda, co si kupujete v t\u00e9 p\u0159edra\u017een\u00e9 restauraci na rohu? To t\u011b\u017eko.
